I'm Hooked: Dungeon Crawler Carl

I’m currently on a 60-week reading streak. I might not read every day, but at least once a week before going to bed.

I can tell you that in the past year and two months, I have not felt as hooked by a book as I have by Dungeon Crawler Carl by Matt Dinniman. For the first time, I’m looking forward to finding time to keep reading the book. Once I start reading, I’m as stuck to my e-reader as when I accidentally open Instagram on my phone. Probably not healthy, but at least I’m reading instead of doomscrolling.

I didn’t know anything about the book going into it, I’d seen all the hype around it online and the summary was interesting enough for me to download it. A few pages in, I knew I wanted to finish this book. I’m about 20% through already, and I started reading it last night. I hope the rest of the book is as good as the beginning, and that the rest of the books in the series are just as good.
